IMPORTANT

UCare has decided to postpone the retirement of this Provider Portal from June 17, until a future date. We will update this message once a new retirement date is determined.

Although this portal will remain open longer, Users are encouraged to use the new Provider Portal instead.

Each organization should have a Provider Portal Administrator (Admin), who is responsible for setting up all users at their organization on the new Provider Portal. Provider Portal Admins who haven’t already requested access to the new portal should do so. Legacy Provider Portal Users who need access to the new Provider Portal should contact their organization’s Admin.
