Q: How do I register a new account within the new UCare Provider Portal?
A: If you wish to register a new administrator account within the portal, click the Register option on the login screen or click here. Our Provider Resources and Contracting Department will review your request for approval and this process takes approximately 5-7 business days, in most cases it may take less time.
Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: Click the Forgot Password option on the login screen or click here. If that process does not work for you, call the Provider Assistance Center 888-531-1493 and we can unlock your account and send you a new password.
Q: What if I forgot my username?
A: Call the Provider Assistance Center at 888-531-1493 and we can automatically e-mail you a username reminder.
Q: How do I check member eligibility?
A: Login to the portal by clicking here, then click on Provider Services > Member Information.
Q: How do I search for a claim?
A: Login to the portal by clicking here, then click on Provider Services > Claim Information.
